For fun only

The game is free entertainment. Points have no money value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. Do not use the game for betting or gambling.

Behave well

Do not post hateful, abusive, sexual, threatening or illegal content, impersonate others, harass players, or try to hack, cheat or overload the game. Hosts may kick players, and we may remove content or block devices that break these rules.

Your content

You are responsible for the nicknames, chat and shout-outs you send. Other players' messages are theirs, not ours, and we do not review them in advance.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work, be error-free, or keep your scores. Rooms are deleted after inactivity.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost data, disputes between players, or anything arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the game (which is zero).

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims or costs caused by your misuse of the game or breaking these terms.

Third-party apps

Sharing links through WhatsApp or other apps is subject to those apps' own terms.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the game, or stop offering it, at any time. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
